If you need to return a product, we completely understand. Please read the following guidelines:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
• A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund total.
• Please submit your tracking number through the return form to guarantee processing.
• Items must be returned in new and unused condition.
• Products with a custom logo are not returnable.
• You will receive a full refund for the product (excluding shipping fees).
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Any shipping-related issues (such as missing or incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.
